A deposit of $100 must be paid at booking in order to secure your date and time for the proposal. This deposit will go towards your total of the proposal package, which must be paid in full on the day of the proposal. This deposit is non-refundable but is transferable if the proposal must be rescheduled.  


A 48-hour notice must be given in order to reschedule the event without penalty. Please note that in cases of inclement weather, issues with 3rd party vendors, or location access, we will reschedule the event without penalty, subject to availability.  


In the event of some other unforeseen circumstance, we cannot guarantee a refund, but do promise to do our best to accommodate your needs.  


While we are happy to recommend vetted 3rd party vendors to you upon request, please note that Luxury Marquee Proposals remains independent of any contracts between you and the vendor. Where Luxury Marquee Proposals recommends 3rd party vendors to you, we do not assume liability for vendor costs, errors, or your dissatisfaction in their performance and/or product. When working with 3rd party vendors, you are responsible for securing the contract, and compliance with each vendor contract and individual policies.  




Luxury Marquee Proposals prioritizes the health and wellbeing of our clients and our team. We are taking every precaution possible in order to reduce risk associated with Covid-19.  


Letters and decorations are sanitized before and after each proposal. Consultations are done virtually, and payments are accepted electronically to limit exposure. When on-site, our team practices social distances and follows all Public Health guidelines to minimize risk and ensure compliance with local laws.
